AHC 22403 - Pharmacology and the Human Body


This course provides a knowledge base in basic concepts of pharmacology and drugs relevant to radiography and sonography practices. The administration of diagnostic contrast agents and intravenous medications related to radiologic and diagnostic medical sonography procedures are covered in this course. In addition, this course establishes a knowledge base of the human body systems.
