IND 31503 - Basic Welding

An introduction to the techniques and equipment used in arc and acetylene cutting and welding. Emphasis placed upon equipment operation and safety. Included is practice in gas and arc welding in all positions and the proper preparation of welded joints. Research project will be assigned.
