IND 35103 - Power Transmission Devices

A study of the devices used to transmit power in machines. Topics covered include: chain drives, belt drives, torque converters, speed reducers, transmissions, and others. Special emphasis will be placed on calculating the specifications required to complete a given task. Research project will be assigned.
