FIN 22103 - Banking Laws and Regulations


The purpose of this course is to provide critical information concerning the banking laws and regulations in today’s financial environment. This course considers how banks, are affected by laws and regulations. It provides an overview of the basic laws and banking regulations that govern deposit accounts, lending, real estate lending, bankruptcy, non-deposit products and services, international banking, marketing, safety and soundness, and information reporting.
