NUR 59403 - Adult Gerontology Care IV: Preceptorship

This clinical course provides opportunities for the clinical nurse specialist student to apply evidence-based ethical leadership in the spheres of nursing and organizations/systems for care of young to older adults. The student evaluates quality, safety, costs, policies, and outcomes in the design of innovative solutions. Management and collaboration with nursing and interprofessional teams for quality improvement of clinical, practice, and system outcomes are emphasized.
