PSY 33103 - Organizational Psychology


An exploration of the principles and methods of applied psychology in organizations which will prepare the student for participation in management, executive training, creativity, group decision making, organizational climate and effectiveness, job satisfaction, nonfinancial motivators, and management roles. Emphasis will be on laboratory exercises designed to develop skills through personal experience.
