SWK 24203 - Interviewing Skills

A skill-building course designed to develop the information collecting requirements of all social service positions. Emphasizing practical situations and role-playing, students will participate in identifying their personal style of engaging clients in directed conversation. Learning to exchange information establishes communication skills and forms the basis for case management.
