SOC 27203 - Introduction to Aging A survey course designed to orient the student in the interdisciplinary study of aging, normal aging processes, the aging individual in society, social problems of old age, and public policy and the older adult. It is intended to enable the student to gain a basic conception of gerontology through instilling a broad base of knowledge for application to other disciplines and occupations.
